Calendly is a cloud-based service for organizing and scheduling video meetings and calls. Calendly provides an interface for organizations to create meetings, set rules for them, and maintain a calendar with call dates. Calendly is suitable for the individual user as well as for companies, sales and marketing teams, and executives. The service is available as a browser-based version and a mobile app.
Calendly helps users organize meetings and create a calendar with events. While creating meetings, users are invited to set rules. They describe the terms of the meeting, its duration, where the meeting will take place (Zoom, phone call, in-person meeting, etc.), its description and other parameters. Once the meeting is created, a link to it is sent to the guests, they select the meeting time, and it is automatically entered into the user’s calendar. To give the user a clear understanding of their workload, they can synchronize their Microsoft or Google calendars with Calendly. A notification is sent to users before meetings
Teamwork in Calendly helps customer-facing departments to see overall team schedules, view individual employees’ workloads. Also with Calendly, teams can standardize meetings for different types of calls by creating templates for them. Through integrations with third-party cloud services, teams can push meeting and client information to CRM systems, accept payments, and more.
